Electromechanical Technician fabricates, tests, analyzes, and adjusts precision electromechanical instruments. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being an Electromechanical Technician may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electromechanical Technician relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Key performance areas
The person in this role is responsible for the overall support of maintenance in the facility with primary responsibility for the installation of machinery and scheduled maintenance of production and other equipment within the facility.
They are accountable for performing routine preventive maintenance and for troubleshooting, diagnosing, replacing, or repairing damaged or defective equipment.

You possess a minimum of an associate degree or diploma from a Technical College or Trade School. You have a minimum of 2-5 years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with PLC controls, ladder logic, microprocessor-based equipment motor controls, relays, circuit breakers, machine & process controls & circuits desirable.
You have a valid, state issued driver’s license.
