Electrician inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected. Being an Electrician uses a variety of tools and equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Electrician typically requires Electrician License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Electrician works under moderate supervision. Job Summary:
Work with Electrical team to keep machine centers running with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Learn each machine center with goal of becoming proficient in maintaining and operating equipment. Perform new electrical installations as well as maintain electrical equipment.
Qualifications:
Motivated to embrace safe work procedures and follow a safe work program 24/7.
Electrical background with experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Conduit bending skills for EMT and rigid.
Motivated to work in small group and be self-motivated.
Must be able to follow direction and accomplish tasks.
Must work at fast pace.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to communicate on Radio.
Must have excellent attendance record.
Consideration:
Experience working in electrical program within a production environment. Related education and certifications.
