Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Electrician to join our client’s team. The person in this role will be primarily responsible for the upkeep of the building systems and process equipment as well as perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including developing wire diagrams, layout drawings and specifications for system or equipment modifications and expansion.
Electrician Shift: Day
Electrician Pay: $35-45/hr DOE
Electrician Responsibilities:
Keep all plant machinery and facilities in proper operating condition
Maintain and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controls (PLC), Device Net and AC inverters
Perform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance
Design and build machinery and electrical related components as required
understand and use blueprints and electrical schematics for troubleshooting
Demonstrate and perform Lock Out/Tag Out regulations
Repair, replace and install electrical conduit as needed
Electrician Requirements:
3-5 years electrical experience and working on machinery
Must be 18 or older and have a GED or high school diploma - apprentice program or equivalent schooling preferred
Must have working knowledge of PLC, Device Net, and inverter drives
Must be able to understand and work with high voltage and hydraulic and pneumatic experience helpful
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment
