Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Lead will support the day-to-day operations of the branch providing order and delivery services while leading the warehouse team.  Primary responsibilities include:

• Pick, fill and pack orders on a timely basis to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries. 

• Accurately cut and label wire to fill orders on a timely basis.
• Cycle count product.  Assist in receiving process.  Research errors on shipping orders and offer solutions.
• Manage transfers between branches.
• Recognize issues, problems, or opportunities and determine action needed.
• Establish criteria and/or work procedures to achieve positional goals with a high level of quality, productivity, or service.
• Accept accountability.  Take responsibility for successful completion of job responsibilities.
• Follow procedures and take action; notify others of quality issues as appropriate.
• Energetic and purposeful; maintain a strong work pace; focused on overcoming obstacles to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Warehouse, shipping and delivery experience.
• Ability to safely handle warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and stock chasers.
• Ability to perform basic math and read and understand English.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and collaborates within a multi-functional team.
• Detail oriented, organized, consistent and tenacious.
• A team player – work together with others to accomplish common goals of company.
• Organized with strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated and self-starter.

This position will require frequent: Bending/Stooping, Squatting, Climbing, Crouching, Reaching Above, Kneeling, Pushing/Pulling, Lifting up to 50lbs throughout the working shift.  Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
