The Charg Product Marketer will work with the Charg team to develop and execute the Charg marketing strategy as well as interfacing with existing retail customers regarding go to market execution of new product launches and the management and execution of marketing development funds.

He / She is responsible for developing a deep understanding of Charg market segments through research and engagement with consumers via Charg social media platforms, secondary research, and analytics.

The Charg Product Marketer will translate this understanding into key insights that will drive targeted marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities

and Job Requirements : Conduct primary and secondary research (to include digital analytics) to determine the motivations of each Charg market segment to drive product positioning and market campaignsWork with CPO and Sales team to develop and execute strategic marketing objectives by month / quarter / year, to include advertising campaigns, promotions, and social media engagementDevelop, implement and manage Charg social media strategy to meet monthly / quarterly / yearly KPIsWork with sales to create sales enablement materialsWork with Charg team to develop new product introduction go to market plans and drive execution, which includes collaboration with outside agencies and management of agency RFQ / SOW process.

Work with retail partners on new product introduction go to market strategy (drop ship and / or in store), this includes managing the creation of in-store displays, if necessaryManage all Charg content on our customer product management portalsAll other duties as assignedSkills / Experience Required : 5 years of marketing experienceKnowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TicToc, etc.

Understanding SEO and web traffic metricsExcellent multi-tasking skillsCritical thinker and problem-solvingRetail merchandising experience a plus.Education Requirements :

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing or Business Administration Physical Requirements :
