Additionally, Electrical Powerline Installer/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A&F Electric provides electrical contracting services for primarily commercial and industrial projects, along with custom residential builds and large-scale renovations. Primary Duties:
· Prepare client invoices, complete with heavy data entry and time constraints. Send and follow up with collections
· Work discreetly with confidential information
· Efficiently handle a high volume of emails and calls with a positive and energetic approach
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail
· Oversee office supply needs, placing orders as appropriate
· In-Person office position with a Monday through Friday 8-hour per day work schedule, assisting outside clients and visitors as needed
Qualifications:
· Strong typing and data-entry skills, ability to interpret data effectively, with an outstanding level of accuracy
· Bonus points for experience with construction office management or assistance
· Attention to detail with an intense ability to organize and prioritize
· A self-starter, able to work independently though comfortable and successful working in collaboration with others
· Exceptional customer service abilities and experience
· Familiarity with Zoom to connect with offsite or remote team members.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office (Excel!) is a must and experience with OneDrive a plus
· Ability to meet contract and billing deadlines on a monthly or more frequent basis dependent on project requirements
