Electrical Powerline Installer/Repairer installs, repairs, and maintains powerline equipment. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being an Electrical Powerline Installer/Repairer may be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Electrical Powerline Installer/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Responsibilities:
- The skills to assist with the payroll department in balancing weekly timecards by utilizing math and time skills
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, shredding, laminating, ordering supplies, and supporting the management to ensure efficient operation of the office
- The skills to assist with inputting vendor invoices into the system utilizing a Business Management software with a knowledge of basic accounting is a plus
- Provide excellent customer service by answering, screening, and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel, face-to-face with visitors, responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiar with working in an office environment, Microsoft Suite, and Business Management Software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, and follow through
- Ability to prioritize tasks and being able to multi-task
- Able to handle a front desk with little or no supervision
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required
