Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Inspector/Engineering Tech to join our team. As a QA Inspector/Engineering Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise in quality control and inspection processes will contribute to maintaining our commitment to excellence. Ten plus years of experience is a requirement for this position.
Duties:
-Background working in Utility Industry as Engineer Design planning Major Projects and Underground Development.
-Work as a liaison between engineer and contractor crew and developer.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control data
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and provide guidance on corrective actions
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with internal quality management systems and applicable regulations (e.g., CGMP, FDA)
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints or product failures, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures
- Provide training and support to employees regarding quality assurance processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, precision measuring instruments, and CMM operation

- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards
- Understanding of QA/QC principles, practices, and methodologies
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations and FDA requirements is preferred
