This is an Unique OPPORTUNITY to supervise, mentor, lead and grow our
Electrical Department with the support of a large support group consisting of a Journeyman/Department Manager, a Branch Manager, a Master Electrician, and a team of interbranch electrical supervisors & managers.
We are expanding our Electrical Department, and are seeking someone to help lead our team of apprentices at various stages in their development. The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman electrician’s license and is able to guide our apprentices through the apprenticeship process. The Electrical Department Supervisor must be a patient-multitasker, with excellent communication, organizational, and people skills, along with a strong technical background in electrical installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Typical duties consist of, but not limited to administrative office duties, estimates and service calls, as well as supporting, advising, and training apprentices and field technicians.
This is NOT a sales position and not for those who do not wish to work in the field. It is a mentoring, coaching and technical management career that will require you to prioritize what’s most important, least important, and keep the department moving forward.
