Electrical Engineering Technician jobs in New Bedford, MA

Description:

• experience with electrical chassis, cabinet, or cable-building experience.
• working with cables and wires
• support R&D and fabrication of cables, chassis, and test systems at a workbench.
• proficient with a computer and able to look up parts, develop bills of materials, and be able to read schematics or technical drawings
• run tests and record results
• Soldering

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Familiarity with AC and DC voltage concepts, troubleshooting, and measurement.　

Familiarity with electrical test and calibration equipment such as digital multi-meters (DMMs) to measure voltage, amperage, impedance, and verify continuity

understanding of electrical engineering principles preferred

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
