Job Description - Substation Technician
Our Substation Technician would be responsible to complete a variety of tasks within an electric utility substation. Under the direction of the Substation Foreman, technicians will replace equipment in the substation, perform maintenance on existing equipment, and install concrete bases or new equipment. They may also operate construction equipment such as a skid steer, mini-x, or manlift. The substation technician works at his acquired skill level to help the crew complete their assigned tasks.
