The Electrical Design Engineer performs technical design and analysis on projects of moderate level of complexity. This person is expected to exercise a strong work ethic and organizational skills. Work performed by this person is supervised and supported by more experienced engineers on the team. The Electrical Design Engineer 3 operates with moderate levels of autonomy and demonstrates full proficiency with at least one CAD platform, full proficiency with electrical design fundamentals, and can quickly learn, adapt, and apply new skills from those with more experience. This person is expected to work well with others, both internal and external, absorb and apply constructive criticism, and seek guidance from more experienced members of the team as necessary.
