The Site Superintendent I is responsible for the scheduling, monitoring and controlling of all work of site personnel, equipment and subcontractors to achieve the objectives of the project. S/he works closely with the Project Manager to execute the project plan and achieve maximum performance in an efficient manner. The Site Superintendent I is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship for installed scope of work within the execution of the project schedule, while ensure safe working practices in accordance with the Schneider Electric safety policy.
