Our team is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic crew at our store in Bemidji, MN. As an Inside Sales Associate, your day centers around delivering top-notch customer service. You’ll professionally welcome and assist our valued customers, adeptly identify their unique needs, and guide them toward the right tools or equipment. You handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading, while staying informed about Acme Tools' product offerings. Staying well informed about Acme Tools’ extensive product offerings is essential, as you will serve as the go-to expert, fielding customer inquiries, generating sales quotes, facilitating equipment purchases, providing post-sale follow-ups, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Inside Sales Associates additionally actively participate in store events and prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
