Elite Electric Pro, a licensed electrical contractor, is a rapidly growing solar installation company and is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Solar Installers and licensed Solar Electricians for our operations in Utah. Elite Electric Pro installs solar systems across all of Utah.
The Installer and Electrician install all photovoltaic system components and electrical equipment, ensure successful operation of complete photovoltaic system, and communicate project status with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
Responsibilities
Installation of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems on roof tops, ground, and mounted carports according to design.
Penetrating, attaching, sealing into a variety of buildings and variety of roofing materials.
Installing module racking, wire runs, conduits, inverters, disconnects, and other equipment.
Collect data and photos during and at the end of each project.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Comply with required training and fulfillment of assigned duties.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Complete projects within established policies and procedures.
Complete projects within strict time frames and allowed budgets.
Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience installing solar, in addition to electrical and/or roofing experience.
You must have the ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally throughout the day.
Ability to work safely with heights on ladders and in confined areas.
Ability to drive company vehicle to and from jobs safely, as required.
Experience complying with OHSA safety requirements and regulations.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent .
