In Charge Electrical is growing! We're expanding our Power Generation Division and searching for a driven individual to join our team selling top-of-the-line Generac generators. Are you a natural salesperson with a winning attitude? If you answered YES, then we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact, schedule and follow up on sales leads from manufacture
• Contact, schedule and follow up on internally generated sales leads through residential construction
• Create partnerships with builders to offer products to a broad range of customers
• Interact with homeowners offering upgrade options
• Assist with acquiring new business

Job Requirements:

• Experience with external sales
• Ability to work independently
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume company environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check

Required Education:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
