    We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to service the Powhatan, Virginia area!

    OVERVIEW: The successful candidate serves as the primary representative of ESS for school districts in the assigned area.

    SCHEDULE:

    • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm
    • Work Location: On-site/In-office
    • Travel Required: Up to 75% of the time paid for by company.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct site visits and meetings with ESS clients in assigned geographic area.
    • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff.
    • Recruit at local community and university career fairs, traveling within Powhatan County up to 50% of the time.
    • Apply proven methods of recruitment, such as grassroots campaigns and online recruiting, to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
    • Schedule and conduct employee background checks.
    • Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.
    • Manage and direct all activities within the assigned geographic area including, but not limited to, interviews, training sessions, staffing, fill rates, client retention, and financial reports.
    • Give presentations to the school board of education.
    • Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
    • Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of two years' experience in management or a leadership role.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with management reports.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
    • Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
