    Location:

    • Frequent travel throughout area of responsibility is required. This is a remote position, and the Regional Manager can be based in any of the following regions: Inland Empire (Ontario, Pomona, Riverside), San Francisco Bay Area (San Jose, East Bay, etc.), Orange County, Los Angeles County

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in extended day, enrichment, and summer programs.
    • Manage and oversee programs in the assigned region, ensuring excellence in operations and program delivery.
    • Establish and nurture key relationships with stakeholders in the California after-school arena.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and pursue new opportunities for program expansion.
    • Represent the company at conferences, presentations, and networking events in California.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Education, etc.).
    • Proven experience in business development and operations management.
    • Familiarity with the California after-school landscape and existing connections in the field.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely.
