Job Summary
The Education Program Manager is a member of The Jones Center (Center) Programming and Community Engagement team, and serves as the programmatic lead for the development, delivery, evaluation, and administrative coordination of early learning and school-aged programs that include (but are not limited to) youth classes & activities, day camps, early learner engagement, field trips, homeschools, and educational messaging. Ideal candidates are forward-thinking experts in learning and informal education, proactively anticipating what needs to be done and noticing opportunities and trends that inform program strategy and implementation. Community Engagement will be critical to success in the role through relationship cultivation with educators, school districts, subject matter experts, civic institutions, and community partnerships. This position plays a crucial role in revenue generation and ensuring our mission of fueling community connections is met.
