Being a Education Director remains current and knowledgeable regarding federal and state regulations. Provides oversight and day-to-day guidance to staff. Additionally, Education Director typically requires a master's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to senior management. Position Title: INSTRUCTIONAL AIDE – SPECIAL EDUCATION
Responsible to: Building Principal/Director of Special Education
Basic Function: To assist in implementation of the services defined in the Individual Education Program and in providing a learning environment in which students will benefit from specially designed instruction, modification, and accommodation as evidenced by progress in the general curriculum.
