VIDEOGRAPHER AND EDITOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a visionary storyteller with a knack for bringing ideas to life through the lens? We're seeking a dynamic and innovative full-time Videographer and Editor to join our team. As a key player, you'll craft captivating visual narratives for our diverse range of clients, spanning various industries and scopes.
From inception to execution, you'll oversee the entire video production process. This entails conceptualizing, scouting locations, filming, editing, integrating motion graphics, color correction, and more. Balancing multiple projects concurrently is second nature to you, as is seamless collaboration with our content marketing, copywriting, development, advertising, and search teams. Self-motivation is a must. We cherish individuals committed to continual growth and enhancement, always striving to push boundaries and refine their craft.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to conceptualize video ideas
Produce and edit diverse video content, including commercials, marketing materials, fundraising videos, explainers, and social media content
Pitch creative concepts to both clients and internal stakeholders
Manage pre-production logistics such as location scouting and talent acquisition
Estimate project hours for budgeting purposes
Ensure timely project delivery while upholding quality standards
About You
Minimum of 3 years of professional video production experience, ideally producing videos for clients in different industries
Proficiency in DSLR camera operation for video and audio recording
Strong command of Adobe Suite, including Premiere, Rush, and After Effects
Collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Adaptability to tailor tone and style according to client preferences and brand guidelines
Exceptional time management skills, adept at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to travel for video shoots, predominantly within Connecticut, with occasional trips to neighboring states
Prior experience in a creative agency environment preferred
Motion graphics and graphic design experience desirable
Rebel offers a semi-hybrid work schedule, requiring at least 4 days per week in the Cheshire office, with one of those days being Wednesday.
Interested candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing their video production work, specifying their roles in each project (shooting, editing, or both).
