After a trainig period of 2-3 months in Saverne (France), you integrate KUHN NORTH AMERICA based in Brodhead.

The ERP / CRM Project Manager is responsible for the support, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company’s IT business software systems in support of the evolving business needs.

As an integral part of the IT team, the successful candidate will :

• Work with IT Manager to ensure the timely and effective development and operation of all Company’s business software systems, including but not limited to:
  • Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications deployment,

  • The Kuhn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly the Warehouse Management system software.

  • The Kuhn OIS (Operational Information System) and MES (Monitoring and Evaluation systems) initiatives and deployments may also be concerned.
• Lead continuous improvement process for the Company’s IT business software systems and the associated business processes and procedures. Work with management and personnel to determine improvement opportunities and the associated system changes, and to create the specifications for the requested changes. Follow-up on the programming of these changes, test them and lead their implementation.
• Lead project teams for the integration and implementation of new IT business software systems and applications in all Kuhn facilities in North America and at the Kuhn Group level as required. Define goals, scope, required resources and timeline for these projects. Manage these projects to their final implementation. Assist with associated hardware implementations for these projects.
• Coordinate and perform training of users on new and existing IT business software systems.
• Evaluate and follow-up on the results of the IT business software systems implementations.
• Assist employees with software systems problems. Research and propose solutions to these problems.
• Work with employees at all levels of the organization to ensure optimum performance of IT business software systems.
• Work and coordinate IT business software systems integration and implementation efforts with Kuhn IT Development department in France and Kuhn Key Users, Business Process Experts and Business Process Owners worldwide.

Requirements for this role:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in technology, business operations or management and a minimum of 52 weeks of business experience in the area of the mission is required (visa requirement).
• A thorough knowledge of project management, sales and logistics processes of heavy equipment business manufacturing.
• Ability to solve difficult problems by defining problem, collecting data, developing solutions, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Ability to make decisions and to assume responsibility for the results of decisions made.
• Ability to work independently and to organize and prioritize tasks to meet required deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and with people of different cultures/languages.
• Out of English, French language skills are preferred.
• Have between 18 and 28 years on the date of registration. Departure from the mission shall take place no later than the 29the birthday. Beyond that, no derogation is granted.
• Be French or a national of a country of the European Economic Area (EEA).
