Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics F&O implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, aligning with business goals and priorities.
Conduct thorough vendor selection processes, evaluating potential partners based on expertise, capabilities, and fit with organizational needs.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
Oversee all aspects of the implementation process, coordinating activities across multiple locations and international teams as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure timely resolution and mitigate risks.
Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations as required.
Manage post go-live activities, including system optimization, user training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics F&O implementations.
Demonstrated expertise in managing full lifecycle projects, including vendor selection, implementation, and post go-live support.
Proven track record of successfully leading multiple Microsoft Dynamics F&O implementations in manufacturing environments, preferably within companies of similar size or larger.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific requirements, including multi-location and international operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives forward and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions in complex environments.
