The Case Manager is responsible for trauma-informed case management, crisis coordination, and making appropriate referrals to community partners. This position reports to the Program Manager.
Compensation: The annual salary range is $48,000 - $56,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a $500/month health reimbursement for employees; all regular, full-time employees accrue PTO time at a rate of 176 hours per year or 14.67 hours per month their first year; a mental health day each quarter; 9 holidays and a week-long Winter Break at the end of the year; there is a potential 1-time moving stipend.
