Our client is rapidly growing and looking to bring on an ERP Project Manager to kickoff the buildout of their brand-new ERP team. This person will have high-visibility and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of the Oracle ERP system for the entire organization. Huge opportunity for someone to come in and work directly with the President and other key players to setup an ERP system that will have a long-term impact in the organization!
Requirements:
• 5 years of Project Management experience overseeing ERP implementations in an Enterprise environment.
• 3 years of experience supporting implementations of all modules into Oracle.
• Extensive experience using project management tools for project tracking and documentation.
• Extensive experience engaging with and presenting to C-level executives and teams across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification.
Nice to have:
• Retail industry experience.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete implementation of Oracle into the organization by collaborating with the 3rd party implementation team, IT team, and business team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, coordinate processes and platforms, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including scope, timeline, and project execution.
• Participate actively in task and meetings, taking detailed notes to ensure efficient follow up and execution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication on project status and changes.
