Vessco Holdings is implementing Global Shop Solutions (GSS), an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the family of companies that make up our business to support a best-in-class customer and team member experience.
We are seeking a Group ERP Process & Training Specialist, who will partner with the team during the implementation process at each location and support system and process training.
The base training documentation is in place and this individual will be responsible to customize the documentation and facilitate delivery of effective training to meet the needs of the location and the audience, with support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Successful training and delivery, along with supporting documentation is critical to implementation of the company's ERP / CRM system.
Following implementation, the Group ERP Process & Training Specialist will support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives across all Vessco Holdings companies.
