ERP Project Manager manages the programming and configuration functions to support the implementation of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Plans and designs new ERP modules and system upgrades by defining scopes, setting deadlines, coordinating workflow, and monitoring progress. Being an ERP Project Manager implements policies and procedures to guide ERP system programming and ensure the optimal function of ERP applications to support business goals. Monitors system performance metrics to ensure the reliability, security, and integration of data and recommends improvements or modifications. Additionally, ERP Project Manager coordinates with adjacent departments to understand business needs and future requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Project Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Project Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     ERP Advisors Group is currently seeking candidates to fill our full-time, salaried Project Coordinator role. This position requires at a minimum a college degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in relevant areas like Computer Information Systems, Consulting, or Project Management. 


    As the Project Coordinator, you provide administrative support for the Consultant assigned to Implementation Projects. Tasks will vary from one Implementation to the next as each client’s needs are different and each EAG Consultant will require different support. You will perform critical tasks across the entire software development lifecycle which will provide you the basis for becoming one of the best Enterprise Software Implementation Advisory Consultants in the industry.  


    This is not a client-facing role at first, but the successful Project Coordinator candidate will find themselves becoming invaluable to the Consultants they serve and will qualify for promotions in roles and responsibilities.

    Requirements


    Project Coordinator Job Duties: 

    • Set up project artifacts
    • Create weekly status notes
    • Communicate with clients about the status of the project and upcoming tasks
    • Build Meeting Agendas and Presentations from templates
    • Customize Project Plans and Budget Trackers
    • Maintain Project Calendar
    • Develop the Test Plan Tracker
    • Develop UAT Tracker and UAT Test Cases
    • Assist with developing Change Management questionnaire and analyze to determine communication plans
    • Assist with developing Training Plans
    • Assist with Data Migration Planning and Execution
    • Build Application Integration Maps
    • Support project team during go-lives
    • Collect and compile feedback from clients 
    • Occasional travel (Less than 20%)

    Project Coordinator Qualifications:

    • Minimum: Bachelor's Business Degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
    • Produces excellent, readable documents showing a great command of formatting, fonts, graphics, tables, spreadsheet presentation
    • Self-starter but willing to ask for help when needed 
    • Willing to be coached to perform tasks as specified by supervisor
    • Strong work ethic 
    • Able to work and perform online tasks remotely (if needed)
    • Desire to use Mac
    • Work from Lakewood, CO office and home office (hybrid if desired, can be fully in-person)

    Project Coordinator Salary: 

    • $50,000 - $60,000/year
