Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of ERP projects from initiation to completion.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
· Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
· Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly to project sponsors and stakeholders.

Education and/or Experience Required:
· Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
· Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address challenges during project execution.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
· Relevant certifications in project management or ERP systems are a plus.
