ERP Programmer develops, reviews, and modifies the programming to support the configuration of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Analyzes ERP system performance and encodes and debugs any issues or vulnerabilities to improve the integrity, security, or application of the system. Being an ERP Programmer develops coding to support the programming of new ERP modules and system upgrades and assists with the configuration planning and deployment of releases. Ensures ERP data and system infrastructure security, designs patches for vulnerabilities, and develops backup processes. Additionally, ERP Programmer plans and designs application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system configuration, functionality, and efficiency. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Programmer work is closely managed. Job Summary:
Our innovative and growing company is seeking to hire experienced candidates for the position of ERP Technical Services Manager.
CMT is looking to hire an ERP Technical Services manager that can deliver value to the agency utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations software system to manage its agency finances.
Responsible for the management of technical support activities for all Financials software technical services. To include managing planning, design, development, and upgrades to application, associated subsystems and required interfaces. Must manage outstanding task lists and ensure issues are resolved professionally and expeditiously.

Proficiency in using computer systems and the listed software applications associated with performance of assigned work is essential. Basic problem-solving skills associated with software applications used is expected. Software usage relevant to job duties will be evaluated.

Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations AX2012 or D365.

Qualifications:
Training and/or Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Required Experience:
5 years’ experience as Technical Manager or Lead in support of ERP Financials Software applications.
Preferred Experience - Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations AX2012 or D365.
Licenses or Certificates:
• Virginia Driver’s License
• PMP Certification preferred
