Objective: Oversee migration from Legacy Software [paper based, 1980 technology] to Modern ERP [Infor]
Key Project Requirements; * Initial overlap with consulting firm implementation team is a given.
Prior experience with this type of project.
Strong project management skills.

Excellent communication skills. Interact with all levels of the organization.
Experience in manufacturing environments (production, supply chain, inventory, accounting, customer service, etc.)
Leads daily, weekly, monthly meetings.
Report project status.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Analyze current reporting and input methods
Identify scope of existing data to be imported to a new system
Identify any issues between what information is currently captured and what the new ERP will be expecting initially. Work with IT and Copley on how to address this.
Identify and address current shortfalls in DFARS, NIST compliance [Policy and Procedure] New ERP environment must be compliant throughout.
Configure production floor device layout [kiosks] to maximize efficiency.
Work with consulting team to train all levels of organization, Admin, Department Management and Workforce.
Post Migration:
Permanent position.
Individual will provide continuing in-house support of the Infor CUI product working with existing IT Staff.
Assist current IT staff in daily operations as needed.
Becoming ECI’s Cybersecurity Officer. Monitoring, analyzing system data, maintaining compliance requirements. Primary contact for responding to customer cybersecurity inquiries.
