Reporting to the CFO/VP of Finance, the ERP Project Manager will own and drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the organization and all business units. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, executive leadership, implementation partners, and internal teams. This leader will leverage excellent communication skills and decisive leadership to keep the complex project on track. This role is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes and activities related to the development, delivery and integration, applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet the businesses requirements. The ideal candidate has successfully led multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations from end-to-end in complex manufacturing organizations. This is an opportunity to leverage your profound expertise in SAP modules, integration points, data migration, and business processes to drive a successful implementation.
This position allows for a hybrid work schedule for those who reside in Louisville, Kentucky. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply for remote work with frequent travel for on-site work.
