ERP Business Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ERP Business Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Business Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ERP Business Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ERP Business Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Information Manager

  • The Information Manager shall perform independent support services to satisfy the operational objectives of the Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO). The JPMO plans, synchronizes, program and execute the infrastructure development projects supporting USINDOPACOM’s force posture initiatives and “To-Be Vision.”

    Requirements

    • Creating and maintaining information database to compile, integrate, manage, and timely disseminate and archive critical and increasing information from numerous sources in support of program and project execution.
    • Establishing database that can be accessed and provide inputs by multiple users such as Joint Posture Management Office team members, project managers, design engineers, construction managers, and others as directed. Database shall be compatible with Government approved application and interface must be intuitive and easy to use.
    • Integrate program data, integrated master schedule, and geospatial data into an integrated system capable of supporting data analytics and dashboard presentations.
    • Using initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgment when providing advice to the Government on effective strategy and management of information, communication, and stakeholders.
    • Documenting meetings held and submit meeting minutes in writing with attendees and project listings containing Courses of Action (COA) discussed and Government decisions made.
    • Preparing briefs to Government as required by circumstances.
    • Preparing all submittals/deliverables using a PC computer using software compatible with existing NAVFAC software (i.e. MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Tableau, etc.). Submittals/deliverables include but are not limited to project reviews and recommendations, PowerPoint briefings, and presentations. Having the ability to adapt to new software such as eCMS may also be necessary.
    • Providing GIS mapping upon request and provide updated reports and mapping as necessary. Converting files to software formats that are compatible and readable by the Government computer system.
    • Presentations to USINDOPACOM, Joint Region Marianas (JRM), JPMO, U.S. Federal agencies and other non-U.S. agencies.
    • Preparing all submittals/deliverables using PC computer using software compatible with existing NAVFAC software (i.e. MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera, etc). Submittals/deliverables include but are not limited to project reviews and recommendations, PowerPoint briefings and presentations. Having the ability to adapt to new software such as eCMS may also be necessary.

    Qualifications

    Be a United States citizen.

    • Have a security clearance - SECRET
    • Be a graduate of an accredited college curriculum (four [4] year degree minimum) – preferred, but not required. Have a minimum of 5 years project coordination and GIS experience performing tasks identified herein desired, but less is acceptable with emphasis on relevant experience.
    • Have demonstrated experience and knowledge of GIS, including use of ArcGIS software along with Python programming language.
    • Have the ability to communicate in English fluently and effectively in oral and writing.
    • Have demonstrated the ability to read and interpret contract documents.
    • Have demonstrated experience in completing projects on teams comprised of participants with diverse engineering, scientific or technical backgrounds.
    • Have demonstrated the ability preparing correspondence, written reports, and briefs and communicate work effectively with other governmental professionals, client representatives

    with of various backgrounds and experience bases (including Government senior civilians, and military at ranks equal to civilian SES and military Flag Officers), contract management and labor personnel and others as necessary.

    • Have demonstrated experience in/knowledge of in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), MS Project, Primavera, CostWorks, and Success Estimator, etc.
    • Be capable of the physical exertion required to perform the necessary services such as long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven or rocky surfaces; recurring bending,

    crouching, stooping and reaching; climbing upon ladders and other physical activity common to the performance of such duties and have sufficient vision to identify safety concerns.
