cBEYONData is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join a logistics and finance team to support our Department of Defense customer. The candidate for this role will provide support for the ERP requirements management solution for the Government to use in managing and prioritizing the Army's logistics requirements. Candidate should have experience with ERP support, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, reporting, analytics and supporting toolsets, preferably ServiceNow. The candidate should also possess interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within a cross functional team.

This is a full-time position on a multi-year contract with on-site work performed at the client's office located Huntsville, Alabama. There may be an exception for remote work for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Agile Requirements Traceability:
• Utilize Agile methodologies to establish "Backlog Traceability," linking user stories or backlog items to requirements, test cases, and other relevant artifacts.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and monitor the status of project requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in user acceptance test activities to ensure objective and independent assessment of software product implementations throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to develop Test Cases and Test Scenarios, define Test Bed requirements, and execute Testing tasks
• Provide testing expertise and specifically assists with the development of user acceptance testing, lifecycle testing plans and procedures documentation, requirements traceability matrix development/management, and defects resolution.
• Participate in functional requirements definition, business process re-engineering, and business process design sessions with end-users in support of the client's modernization, integration and improvement effort
• Provide support to assess, evaluate, and prioritize analytic development initiatives
• Assist in identifying, defining, and assessing the impact of system/data design and upgrade changes
• Develop functional requirements documentation to support the future development, design, and building of logistics and financial ERP applications, maintaining requirements from cradle to grave in a Requirements Traceability Tool
• Perform functional gap analysis on financial and logistics system data to assess compliance with regulations, business enterprise architectures and system migration plans
• Evaluate business cases and system requirements to support the development, upgrade and maintenance of logistics and financial systems data and analytics
• Lead training efforts to communicate and implement enhanced analytic capabilities
• Identify client financial and logistics pain-points and propose solutions to address and remediate issues

Requirements:

• Secret security clearance is required
• 8 years' experience performing similar work
• Experience in SAFe Agile environment, methodologies and tools, including tracking Agile methods and reporting
• Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow
• Experience with Federal financials and logistics processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce and present presentations to executive- level leadership
• Lean Thinking
• Experience with cross functional team leadership and stakeholder relationship management
• Experience with process and team improvement
• Preferred: Experience in ServiceNow administration with focus in managing and maintaining projects managed within the platform
