Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. The VP of ERP Systems has full responsibility for all aspects of the Corporate ERP system for Finance and Human Resources for the execution of strategic and tactical projects. The VP will work alongside the business and SVP of ERP to oversee all systems planning, development, delivery, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications, security and infrastructure for the finance and HR platforms. They will set and manage priorities for direct reports based on the business priorities, while ensuring all activities are complete and within project timelines. The VP of ERP Systems has to have proven track record in implementation of large Oracle Cloud ERP systems for at-least > $4B companies.
