ERP Analyst jobs in Virginia
ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. The ERP Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Tyler Munis. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of Munis support, including technical troubleshooting, configuration management, data analysis, and providing support to users. This position will reside in IT, and the candidate will be a part of the team and participate in cross-training to better support the county.
The preferred candidate will have graduated from an accredited college or university and worked in a quantitative field of study. At least one or more years combined experience as a systems analyst, programmer/analyst, or related position in a similar hardware and software environment. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP systems. The salary range is $52,122- $57,334. The County offers an excellent benefits package.
