ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Oracle Fusion/ERP Associate – Financial Services Giant – up to $150k DOE
I’m working with one of the most cutting-edge firms in the financial services industry as they are on the hunt for an Oracle ERP Associate to join them in their Charleston office.
They are about to embark on a major multi-year project to enhance and automate their Finance, Operations, and HR platforms.
You Will:
- Partner with Finance, HR, support and developers across multiple regions to build out the next generation of platforms for the firm globally.
- Develop Documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and Training Materials for new and legacy systems.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of their infrastructure, including Fusion Core Financials Procurement, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service, Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, proprietary systems, databases, and middleware.
Your Experience:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials is a must.
- 2 years of diagnosing and resolving production issues working for a global team.
- 2 years of experience working as a system implementer or administrator for Oracle Cloud applications (Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials, FCCS, and PBCS)
- Database experience working with SQL, and exposure to OOP languages such as Python would be ideal.
