You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative digital banking products.
Location (Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, Remote):
We have offices in Wilmington, NC and Austin, TX and while some positions are office based, we will also consider remote candidates depending on their time zone.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Adapt to evolving requirements/features/components while working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features for digital banking solutions.
• Support in translation and interpretation of the requirements, requests, and comments from stakeholders (internal and external) to the cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment.
• Analyze and validate requirements, identifying potential risks and issues early on.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
