ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an ERP Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing an ERP package preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Possess good organizational skills with the ability to properly prioritize work order flow in and out.

Working Conditions: This is a sedentary job which requires a sighted individual (vision corrected to 20/20) for computer usage and significant reading skills and requires an individual with normal hearing (i.e., hearing corrected to normal ranges) for telephone and direct contact with company personnel.
