Primary Purpose of Position | The Finance/HR ERP Analyst (Analyst) is a mid-level technical position that provides technical support for critical enterprise functionality such as budgeting, procurement, payroll, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, student billing, accounting, recruitment and hiring, classification and compensation, and benefits. The Analyst provides advanced technical support for the Banner ERP Finance and Human Resources modules, and related applications. This position performs business process analysis and design, serves as a team member in the deployment of new applications, the implementation of upgrades, or the development of new software, and serves an important role in application integration and project management. This position works with and coordinates activities across functional offices including Budget and Planning, Procurement, Accounting, Treasurer's Office, Talent Solutions, Classification and Compensation, Benefits, and others. The Analyst reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications, works under the direction of senior technical staff, and is a mid-level technical member of the department.
