ERP Analyst analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.     As a Research Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of gathering and reviewing data for the Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses (SOII). Your role isn't just about numbers – you'll be working hand-in-hand with employers, ensuring that the data they provide is not just accurate, but of the highest quality possible. You'll be the go-to person for respondents and potential respondents, answering their queries with expertise and professionalism, making you the essential first point of contact for our survey telephone line.

Brace yourself for an even more riveting task: researching and maintaining confidential case files of work-related deaths for the Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI) program. Here, you'll be a detective of sorts, using your investigative skills to identify, verify, and profile fatal worker injuries.
