Being an ERP Analyst acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ERP Analyst analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and ERP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ERP applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. ERP Advisors Group is currently seeking candidates to fill our full-time, salaried Analyst role. This position requires a minimum college degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in a relevant area like Management, Consulting, or Accounting.
As an Analyst, you will work in the Needs Analysis and Software Selection phases of the project and will provide support to the Consultants assigned to the project. This is not a client-facing role at first, but the successful Analyst candidate will find themselves becoming invaluable to the Consultants they serve and will qualify for promotions in roles and responsibilities.
