ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Identify customer’s needs, gathers pertinent information, provides quotes, develops claims, prepares repair plans and provides status updates to customers on repair work.
Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes and repair plans by determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability;
Review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty.
Complete required training on a timely basis.
Adhere to all our relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to their supervisor.
