ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing an ERP package preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Possess good organizational skills with the ability to properly prioritize work order flow in and out.

Working Conditions: This is a sedentary job which requires a sighted individual (vision corrected to 20/20) for computer usage and significant reading skills and requires an individual with normal hearing (i.e., hearing corrected to normal ranges) for telephone and direct contact with company personnel. Significant keyboarding duties require sufficient manual dexterity for keyboarding. Conducts all activities in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines.
