ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Lease Administrator

  • Position will entail initiating and overseeing all conditions agreed to by both Tenant and Landlord for commercial and residential leased property managed or owned by NWE Management Company.  Full understanding and work input of the phone systems, maintenance work orders, customer concerns,  and the software (MRI & Microsoft Office 365 ) utilized on a day to day basis by the Company.

    Understanding Commercial and Residential property leases.  The ability to read, comprehend, and explain terms and conditions in a property lease.  The Lease Administrator will be involved in accumulating the data necessary to put a property lease in place between the Tenant and Landlord, and verify the terms and conditions of said lease are performed while it is active.  This position will include direct communication with the public, in person, and use of phone and internet. The position will require excellent verbal and written communication skills and deal with multi-tasking situations. The applicant should have computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.  Training on position specific software will be provided.

                The Lease Administrator will handle the lease preparation, with all its appropriate checks (Landlord reference, Credit Check, Income Verification, Insurance Certification etc.), in tandem with the Front Desk Personnel and Property Managers, verifying options needed by the Tenant.  These items include but are not limited to: number of bedrooms and bathrooms, length of time for the lease, ease commencement date, special needs desired by Tenant, square footage requirements, Tenant Improvements, , and setting documents in place to amend the lease. Work with accounting and property management on rent billings and reviews and audits monthly financial statements.

                Once the lease is signed and in place, the Lease Administrator will set up the lease file, both physically and in the MRI software, and manage the lease for the duration of the lease term.  The administrator will be responsible for calculating CPI increases and CAM charges, monitoring notice date requirements for renewals and executing them in a timely manner, tracking and obtaining insurance certifications, terminations, etc., and performing any other tasks necessary to insure lease terms are met.  The Lease Administrator will assist the Property Manager in executing document changes and convey information directly to the Tenant.

     Additional Functions 

    1. Show residential and commercial properties to prospective tenants in support of property managers.
    2. Provide administrative backup to office staff as may be required, including staffing the front desk.
    3. Be available on an on-call basis for after-hours response to tenant and property emergencies.
     Working Conditions & Physical Requirements 

    1. Duties are generally performed indoors in an office setting, however extended periods of work in a variety of interior and exterior settings of properties may be required.
    2. Duties require extended periods of sitting, standing, talking or listening to customers., and
    3. Duties will require operation of office and computer equipment or tools.
    4. Duties will require occasional airline travel, and frequent operation of a motor vehicle.
    Required Knowledge and Skills 

    1. Must be very proficient in operating personal computers, and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Browsers.
    2. Must be able to accurately and productively handle and process monetary transactions.
    3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English at a college level. Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
    4. Must be able to interact with employees, tenants, potential tenants, clients, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
    5. Must be able to maintain an even temperament in potentially heated situations, and work closely with other employees in a friendly and professional manner.
    6. Must have demonstrated skills at reading and understanding financial statements, and understanding and applying concepts of business finance and economics.
    7. Must possess a valid driver's license.
    Required Experience and Education 

    1. Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
    2. Three years of experience in the Real Estate, Legal, or Banking profession working with a commercial sales setting, Legal Document experience at a high level or with Banking analytics experience.
