Need Candidates with a Minimum of 12 Years of experience. This is an Onsite/Hybrid model and needs Local Candidates only.

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for partnering with the business and the ERP leadership team to drive EAG s ERP transformation to SAP S/4 HANA.

The ability to solve in end-to-end integration space including cloud, on-premise and hybrid scenarios will be critical to achieving success in this role.

Equally important will be the ability to work and understand multiple integration technology projects including SAP CPI, SAP PO / PI, Mulesoft, Dell BOOMI and others.

Technology Integration Consultant Responsibilities:

• Plan, implemented, supported, administered and/or monitored SAP integration solutions and middleware for on-prem, cloud or hybrid scenarios.
• Design and implementation of on-prem and cloud operation procedures, automation, and monitoring (messages, adapter logs, adapter engine status, communication channels etc.) for SAP and other cloud technologies.
• IDocs, ALE configuration, Partner profiles, Ports, Enhancements, error processing, and troubleshooting.
• Must understand S/4HANA, SAP Integration Architecture and another related setups.
• Completed at least three full SAP implementation cycles.
• Participate in design workshops and hands-on in building integrations and interfaces.
• Integrating SAP systems with Cloud applications such as SAP S4HANA, SAP CPI /BTP, SAP PI / PO, BOOMI, Mulesoft, Concur, Salesforce, etc., especially in the context of Integration Design, API provisioning, API Management, interface, Security Architecture, and related SAP Cloud Platform services.
• Ability to establish solid working relationships with business teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with SAP best practices.
• Ability to identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options.
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effective in problem-solving.
• Working closely with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and across diverse geographical locations.
• Work with service providers, prioritize project deliverables, and determine implementation approaches.
• Work independently with a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work with other team members and proactively share expertise to ensure team success.
• Drive and take ownership of developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.
• The position will work closely with the ERP IT leadership teams serving as leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the ERP solution to support the efficient running and growth of our organization.
• Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experienced in Managing Large-scale ERP / SAP Implementation
• Experience in the professional services industry for 3 years with multiple full life cycle implementation
• 10 years of working experience in large-scale ERP implementation like SAP.
• Hands-on delivery experience in the domain of Professional Services and Integrated Systems for large enterprise
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently demonstrated experience operating in an unstructured & collaborative environment
• Preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experience with and passion for working in diverse teams
• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally
