Our client is looking for Plex ERP Analyst
Our client is currently seeking a Plex ERP Analyst who will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the Plex ERP platform. As the primary point of contact for ERP-related matters, you will collaborate with both internal and external partners to troubleshoot issues and formulate effective solutions. Your forward-looking mindset will drive process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the foremost subject matter expert for the Plex ERP system, utilizing Plex and, when suitable, other vendors to optimize productivity and efficiencies.
Create, document, and enhance business processes across each Plex module by collaborating with corporate and plant users.
Ensure consistent process adherence across plants to achieve dependable and precise outcomes.
Research, pinpoint, develop, test, and execute modifications to elevate both Plex ERP systems and business processes.
Take an active role in leading various problem-solving workshops.
Provide support for EDI change requests.
Foster collaboration with internal and external teams to enhance Plex ERP utilization.
Apply industry best practices to augment efficiency within Plex ERP modules.
Assist in the implementation and continuous support of MES Automation and Orchestration.
Address user requests, both locally and remotely.
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Plex ERP End User Support, Platform Enhancement, and Administration within a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in administering and deploying Plex MES Automation and Orchestration, with a strong grasp of concepts.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve the use of Plex ERP.
Deploy Industry best practices to enhance efficiency throughout Plex ERP modules.
Support implementation and ongoing support for MES Automation and Orchestration.
Answer users requests, both locally and remotely.
Demonstrate a continuous improvement work ethic.
