The SAP ERP Techno-Functional Consultant will play a critical role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP ERP system to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. SAP ERP Techno-Functional Consultant s responsibilities will span both technical and functional domains, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP ERP modules across various business processes.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Design, customize, develop, debug, and review ABAP solutions based on functional and technical specifications.
• Support all forms of tests, end user training, prepare test cases with results, and generate user procedure manual.
• Thoroughly understand client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Assist the implementation of new SAP solutions and support various SAP modules.
• Actively communicate with end users for troubleshooting investigate, analyze, and identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Manage changes or urgent situation transport requests as required for high priority issues.
• Proactively recognize and propose business processes and/or system improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in ABAP Programing, ABAP Dictionary, SAP Workflow, and SAP tables.
• Strong understanding of SAP PP, MM, MRP, Master Data related to planning Material Master, Bills of Materials, planning concepts and procedures; FI is a plus.
• Understanding of SmartForms and ALV Reports.
• Proven experience in SAP ERP implementation, customization, and support, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects.
• Ability to understand business processes from the end user s perspective.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and takes initiative.
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and

ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules and technologies preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred NOT required.
