Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. About the Role
An ERP Administrator must balance several roles in the development process, including computer coding,
testing, and deployment. They must possess the communication and management skills needed to oversee and
manage multiple teams continually working on updating code sections, testing the updated sections, and
deploying them. Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the company's enterprise
resource planning (ERP) software system. The ERP Administrator must have a strong understanding of ERP
systems and be able to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will also
have experience with various IT systems and technologies and excellent communication and customer service
skills.
