ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day customer support to users in the ERP systems county-wide to resolve issues, create custom reporting, integrate with other systems, and provide training. This position will assist in the implementation of new ERP systems and updates, by working with various departments to understand their needs and requirements for ERP enhancements. The ERP Systems Administrator is required to provide excellent customer service, resolve problems in a timely manner, communicate effectively, and be a positive contributor to the Denton County Technology Services team.
Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum two years of experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Possession of a valid driver's license required. Must obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of employment.
Must not have any Class B misdemeanor or higher convictions or deferred adjudications.
Familiarity with reporting software, API, SQL, information security, report development, system support, and integrations.
