Processes, validates, and maintains ERP data to ensure accurate system records. Being an ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. Assists and supports the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. Maintains, generates, and analyses ERP reports to support organizational planning. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The ERP Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Responsibilities:

    - Facilitates the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products using GANTT Charts

    - Devises schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

    - Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

    - Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards

    - Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

    - Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders,technical team members, developers, and designers

    - Directs the daily stand-ups, seeing to it they are focused, brief, and timely

    - Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice

    - Gives a hand to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

    - Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner

    - Directs project planning

    - Be instrumental to classify, identify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

    - Develops and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

    - Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

    - Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments

    - Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

    - Collaborates with Product Owner/Product Manager to secure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clean and feasible

    - Acts as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

    - Work in close collaboration with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

    - Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion

    Requirements

    - You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience as a Project Manager within an ERP implementation.

    - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

    - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

    - You could be a good applicant for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

    - Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

    - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

    - It is preferred for applicants to have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

    - It is preferred for applicants to have a Project Management (PMP) certification

    - KPI Reporting experience

    - Proven knowledge of Software Implementations

    - Technical writing experience

    - Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning

    - Experience with Implementations management

    - Microsoft Project experience preferred

    - Well-founded grasp of System Implementation

    - Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

    - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
